Graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales in 2001. Specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property matters, particularly in legal advice and litigation related to Industrial Property.
She worked as an associate lawyer at Estudio Claro y Cía. for 11 years, before working independently and founding Court & Sáinz.
She advises on arbitration proceedings for Domain Name revocations.
Graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Chile in 1996, with the highest distinction, and holds a Master of Laws with a specialization in Intellectual and Industrial Property from Harvard University, US. Fulbright Scholar and completed a Negotiation course at Harvard University, US.
She worked as an associate lawyer at Estudio Sargen & Krahn for 12 years, providing comprehensive advice to numerous domestic and international companies in Industrial and Intellectual Property, before working independently and founding Court & Sáinz.
